This giveaway is open to our neighbors! You must be 18 years or older and a legal Virginia resident living within a 50-mile radius of Fredericksburg, VA.

Base entry is limited to one per person. However, if you are a current or past client of Shawn Derrick 1245 Real Estate, you get an automatic double entry! Keep an eye on our social media too—we will occasionally drop flash challenges for extra bonus entries (up to a maximum cap of 5 total entries per person).

We officially open for entries on July 22, 2026. All entries must be locked in by August 13th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Please double-check your phone number and email! If you provide an incorrect or unreachable number, we won't be able to give you your prize, and we will have to pick an alternate winner.

We will select our two winners randomly on or about August 14th 2026, and will call you. Please keep your phone close and pick up! Winners have exactly 24 hours from our call to get back to us, or the prize will be safely passed along to another family.

If you win but realize your family can no longer use the gift card, please let us know as soon as possible so we can choose another local winner. The gift card cannot be privately sold or transferred.
